Otter participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (UK-U.S. DPF), and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF). Otter is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on the relevant parts of the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Program, to the DPF Principles.
