Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following FedEx delivery requirements: A signature is NOT required for residential deliveries. A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses (they cannot leave your package without a signature or they will become liable). If you are not available to sign and FedEx has already attempted delivery, you have a few options. You can either sign the yellow slip the driver leaves on your door telling the driver to leave the package at the manager’s office or with a neighbor who can sign, or you can call FedEx with your tracking # and give them authorization to deliver to another address.
UPS Mail Innovations Shipping
By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, UPS Mail Innovations is able to reach any domestic address, including PO boxes. Estimated shipping times have been provided below.
- Contiguous United States - 3-8 Business Days
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories - 5-9 Business Days
- APO/FPO - 5-9 Business Days
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. OtterBox has no control over the cost of duties and taxes that are imposed upon import to any country outside the United States and cannot be held responsible for compensation. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.
Shipping to an APO Address
By utilizing UPS Mail Innovations, OtterBox is able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information 1 –2 days thereafter.
