Promotional Terms & Conditions

Promotions, discounts, bundle offers, and coupon codes (collectively, “Promotions”) offered by Otter Products, LLC (“Otter”) are subject to these Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Code Terms (“Promotion Terms”), as well as Otter’s Website Terms of Use and Terms of Sale (collectively, the “Site Terms”), which are incorporated by reference. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms and the Site Terms.

1. Promotion-Specific Details

Each Promotion will include specific details (e.g., eligible products, discount amount, exclusions, and expiration date) in the applicable promotional materials. In the event of a conflict, the Promotion-specific details will control over these general terms.

2. Eligibility and Availability

Promotions:

are valid only for the time period specified in the applicable promotional materials;
are available only while supplies last;
are void where prohibited by law; and
are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Product, Channel, and Other Exclusions

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotional materials:

Promotions apply only to eligible products identified by Otter;
certain products, categories, or releases (including, for example, new releases, limited editions, or select SKUs) may be excluded;
Promotions may not apply to gift cards, taxes, shipping, or prior purchases; and
Promotions apply only to purchases made through authorized Otter sales channels.

Material exclusions will be disclosed in the applicable promotional materials.

4. Coupon Codes

Coupon codes:

must be entered at checkout to be valid;
expire on the date specified in the applicable promotional materials;
may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted;
are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash;
may not be reproduced, sold, or otherwise distributed without Otter’s authorization; and
may be limited to one use per customer, household, or order.

5. Bundle and Multi-Buy Offers

For Promotions requiring the purchase of multiple items (e.g., bundles or “buy X, get Y” offers):

all qualifying items must be included in the same order to receive the discount; and
if one or more qualifying items are returned, the Promotion may no longer apply and the discount will be recalculated based on the items retained.

If the Promotion no longer applies, Otter may deduct the value of the discount from any applicable refund.

6. Pricing and Promotional Errors

Otter reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, or promotional errors. If an order is placed that includes an obvious error (for example, an incorrect price or Promotion), Otter may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Modifications, Suspension, or Termination

Otter may modify, suspend, or terminate a Promotion:

to correct errors;
to address fraud, misuse, or technical issues;
to comply with applicable law; or
to address circumstances beyond Otter’s reasonable control.

Any such changes will not affect orders already accepted, except as necessary to correct errors as described above.

8. Returns and Refunds

For purchases made using a Promotion:

refunds will be based on the price actually paid; and
where a Promotion is contingent on purchasing multiple items, refunds may be adjusted to reflect the removal of the Promotion as described above.

9. Prohibited Conduct / Abuse

Otter reserves the right to cancel orders, void Promotions, or refuse transactions where there is evidence of misuse or abuse, including, for example:

use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to obtain or redeem Promotions;
creation of multiple accounts to circumvent Promotion limits;
unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse of coupon codes; or
other conduct that violates these Promotion Terms

10. Changes to These Promotion Terms

Otter may update these Promotion Terms from time to time by posting updated terms on this page. Changes will apply to Promotions offered after the effective date of the updated terms.

Must purchase two qualifying items to redeem 20% off and three or more qualifying items to redeem 30% off at checkout. Exclusions may apply. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Not redeemable for cash, nor applicable toward previously purchased merchandise.
