We measure our success as a company by our ability to give back. Our philanthropic arm, The OtterCares Foundation, champions entrepreneurial education in communities around the country. Programs such as Project Heart empower kids to share their time, talent and treasure with their communities.
15 years of OtterCares
Founded in 2009, OtterCares has been collaborating with local organizations for 15 years and counting. Our efforts have helped bring forth a new generation of bright minds, ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges with ingenuity, integrity and empathy.
Going further in giving back
OtterBox is proud to have one of the highest annual VTO usage rates in the country. Each year every OtterBox employee gets 24 hours of paid volunteer time off. Otters who use all VTO hours receive a Dollars for Doers grant that goes to a nonprofit of their choice.
