General Terms
These SMS Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) apply to SMS messages sent by Otter Products, LLC (“Otter”). By texting OTTER to 51427 or by visiting https://www.otterbox.com you are consenting to receive SMS messages from Otter. These messages may be recurring or one-time SMS messages. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive mobile text alerts regarding promotions, general information about our products and services, order alerts, and cart reminders. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Additionally, by signing up to receive SMS messages, you are confirming you are over the age of 18.
Otter is not, and will not, be liable for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your network operator. These Terms are effective as of the last updated date.
Opt-Out Information
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to 51427 or by submitting a request via our SMS Opt-Out Form. When opting out via text, you will receive a confirmation text that you have been opted out of SMS marketing messages. When opting out via our webform, you will receive a confirmation email once you have been opted out of SMS marketing messages. If you would like to restart receiving SMS messages, you will need to provide your consent again using one of the methods described above.
