How does the OtterBox Protection Program work?

This is a device protection reimbursement program available through select retailers that replaces the device screen and screen protector if either break when Amplify Glass or Alpha Glass are installed.

How do I register my screen?

Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code on the packaging and download the app. Register on the app and follow all validation prompts. Your screen is now covered!

How do I file a claim?

Open the app and click the “File a Claim” icon. Follow the prompts to complete your claim.

Will you have this program available for Android devices?

This program launched for Apple devices first and will be extended to Android devices soon.

How long is the term of coverage?

12 months from date of purchase on qualified products.

What screen protection product lines are covered?

This protection program is offered on select Alpha Glass and Amplify Glass products for iPhone 6 through iPhone 14. Additional devices may be added.

How do customers register and file claims?

Claims can be filed through the easy-to-use Otter Protection Plan app or by calling the 1-800 number provided on the registration e-mail.
