Provides better protection than plastic
This glass has good clarity and does not effect the screen function. It does crack often and easily but Otter has done a good job replacing them as needed

Beautiful, but fragile
The glass did the S9 perfectly, and the included guides make installation a lot easier. It matches the Otterbox case perfectly, and the phone looks great.
The only problem so far: already cracked! I guess you can't have it both ways, and while this screen protector has functioned, it's very expensive to last this short period of time. One drop, one crack, 40 euro.

Works But Is Cumbersome
Yes, it's scratchless, yes, it's shatter proof. My #1 issue is that I have dropped this phone twice now and BOTH TIMES the screen protector has simply popped off. The adhesive no longer sticks now, which is ridiculous. I spent an obscene amount of money on this only to have to fix something that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. It's annoying.

If I decided to take off the alpha glass after a long period of use is this possible? Will there be any damage to the phone screen? Stickiness, streaks?
Upon removal of the Alpha Glass, there should be no lingering marks or residue on your display.

Our Alpha Glass is cut specifically to pair perfectly with OtterBox cases! While it may fit with other cases, we have no way of guaranteeing compatibility, since we are unable to test our products with third-party accessories.

Is this replaced for free if broken? Is there a lifetime guarantee on them?
All OtterBox products are covered under a limited lifetime warranty! This means that if the case is damaged and we still have parts in stock, we'll be happy to replace the item for you. We cover the cost of the replacement itself, and simply charge a small fee for shipping and handling so that we can send the product out to you. It's a pretty awesome warranty program, and we're glad to keep your device protected for as long as possible!
