Submit a warranty claim on the U.S. site by following 4 quick steps.

  1. Find the product you want to warranty

    1. Experiencing battery issues in your Resurgence Power Case or Defender Series with iON Intelligence case? If yes, check “Yes”. If no, check “No”. warranty image
    2. Pick your device then select your product. warranty image
  2. Describe your issue, enter purchase date and serial number

    Importante: Please do not enter your credit card information or any sensitive information.

  3. Fill out contact information

  4. Photograph the damage to your product and upload it

    1. Download and print your unique photo template by clicking on the “photo template” text link.
    2. Take a photo of your damaged case on your fullly completed photo template
    3. Upload your photo by clicking “Choose File” to select your photo
    4. Click “Submit Form” to complete your warranty claim
