Otter box rules!
I got this for my son for his new iPhone. He had one on his prior phone which “saved” it many times from drops! I had to look up a video on how to open it up to install it but otherwise all is good.

Otterboxes are the only cases I trust 100% to keep my phone safe. Since my very first smartphone years ago, before I leave the store, my phone goes into an OtterBox case. I've never been disappointed. It has saved my phone countless times during drops, spills, storage (in my purse), etc. You can never go wrong for the price and what you get from the product. Great protection!
I am very hard on my phone and drop it frequently. After replacing the screen protector, twice, I purchased the Defender Case. It has already protected my phone from breaking when I dropped it a few times.

Best purchase ever
I have used Otterbox Defender case since 2012 for my first iPad and other gadgets until now. I got 2 defender cases for my old iP7+ and new iP11 two weeks ago. Nice to have it. Love it. Good service from Otterbox Asia. Thank you.

Just bought a new Iphone 7 with a Otterbox defender case. How do I access the earbuds jack at the bottom of the phone? Also, how do I turn the screen off? My old Iphone 5 had a button on the top of the phone that was still accessible with my otterbox
We apologize that you're having trouble utilizing your iPhone with this Defender case! The Defender series for the iPhone 7 Plus/iPhone 8 Plus does not have an audio port near the bottom because the device actually does not have a headphone jack.
As for the power button, the design has changed slightly since the iPhone 5, and the power button is now located on the right side of the device, near the top. There should be a rubber switch on the Defender case that allows access to this button.
