Better planning and designing should have been con
Purchased for work and have the Otterbox defender case. The utility latch doesn't work with the case and requires to be removed each time if the stand on the case is going to be used.
The rubber straps continue to work their way off while carrying the only real fix is industrial velcro to keep the carrier from coming off completely and dropping the iPad inside the case.
This was not very well designed.

Good, but could be improved
Case is well built. Would be nice if it held the apple pen were the charger is located. Also if a strap and hand strap could be attached directly to the case and not rely on the straps going around the corners which cover the sleep and volume buttons.

Happy to have this
Fits well over my Lifeptoof case. For work I carry my 12.9” iPad all day. With the shoulder strap I’m now hands free when I need it, and don’t worry about where to put it down. I would have liked a smidge more length to the shoulder strap, but it’s adequate. Hand strap is comfortable and can change orientation. Shoulder strap and connectors are thin - time will tell how well it stands up to daily use.
