As a general rule, most notebooks 15.4" (diagonal measurement of the laptop screen size) and smaller can fit inside the laptop case. However, some bigger notebooks also can fit in the case. The best way to confirm if the notebook fits in the case is to go to:

and confirm the dimensions of your laptop.

In your answer to the above question you say 15.4. Yet the tool length is under 15--14.something. This doesn't make sense. Please explain. -

The case is able to fit laptops with a screen up to 15.4" because the size of the monitor is measured diagonally from top-left to bottom-right. Thus the actual length of the laptop may be smaller than the monitors size. -

Can laptop accessories such as the power cord and cordless mouse fit in the OtterBox? -

Many of our customers do add their power cord and a mouse inside the case with their notebook computer. However, the ability to do so is determined by the size of the notebook. If you have a smaller notebook 10"-14", you should be able to add additional items. If you have a 15.4" laptop, it may be more difficult to accommodate some additional accessories. If you use the OtterBox fitting tool http://www.otterbox.com/products/pc_cases/laptop_case/laptopFittingTool.htm , this will show you approximately how much room is available on the sides of the notebook for your accessories.
