Now that I have submitted my order; how long will it take to ship?
Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the Otter Distribution Center in the state of Colorado via FedEx Ground (standard shipping) or USPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If you place your order before 11am MST then it will ship the same day as long as you select a shipping upgrade and the item is in stock. Any orders with a shipping upgrade that are submitted after 11am MST will be shipped on the following business day. ALL orders are shipped and delivered on business days ONLY (Monday-Friday).
