Can I use my OtterBox for iPod when I scuba dive?
Absolutely NOT! These cases are NOT adapted to withstand the pressures experienced by scuba diving.
Can I use the OtterBox for iPod with the Apple iTrip or other FM Transmitter?
Unfortunately, the iTrip will not reach far enough into the case to allow access to the iPod. The case itself does not allow enough space for the FM Transmitter to fit inside the case.

No, the seal-tight connector is not needed for the OtterBox iPod Armor cases. Our cases are waterproof without it, as they have something like a seal-tight connector built into the case.

Both the over-mold material and the seal are very chemical and corrosion resistant.Life expectancy should be 4 – 5 years.General care should be taken to rinse salt water or chlorinated water off of the case with clean fresh water whenever possible to help extend that life.
What is the maximum arm size for which the armband can be used?
We’ve found that the armbands can be used on any arm size that is 15 ” or smaller. If you have bigger guns than that, you may need to strap the armband around your forearm. If you are too big still, you are Hercules and we are jealous.
