Great Product but has its flaws My twin brother got this case a couple of weeks ago and he loves it and i just got my ipod 5g so now im going to get this case. It was a little hard to get the case on the ipod and there is always a little air bubble under the built in screen protecter but other than that this is a great case. June 15, 2013
Compatibility This model is not compatible with the Apple Lightning to 30-pin Adapter. Otherwise, I am satisfied with this purchase. I think Otterbox should alert customers before they make an adapter purchase. June 15, 2013
I like the case but I had been using a dock adaptor to dock my itouch 5 on my 30 pin alarm clock. I bought Apples lightening adaptor so I could do this, but now with the otter box case the adaptor will no longer fit, so if I use the case I can not use the alarm clock or sound bar, so not real happy about that. Now I will have to buy the 30 pin to 8 pin cord and its only like 5 inches long, so not sure that will even work. So if you want to dock it, then the otter box is not the case for you. Also there is a slight flaw in the part that covers the screen, a smudge that won't come off and around the edge on one side, something like a scratch, both are annoying. June 14, 2013
Very Great But has Some Flaws Great case for iPod 5 I am very happy with it protects it with my rugged use. Some Miner Flaws- Not very dust resistant have to clean it out often very annoying. Mine broke not bad at all just the back screen protector and a small crack. But they gave me a knew one so its all good. Great things to note- There little Hand Strap is very useful (so happy they put it on the OtterBox) The Case is very tight to the iPod for very little slippage. I would suggest this Case to any one with an iPod 5 June 12, 2013

I was just wondering. I have seen several reviews on Youtube, and the "Boom" and ''Punk" colored cases are very far color-wise from what is descripted on Otterbox.com. Thanks for helping!

Every computer monitor has different settings, so the color, brightness and tint your monitor is set at will change the appearance. If you are concerned about the colors of the case we recommend checking them out in person at a local retailer such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, or Radio Shack.
