Amazing!! The warranty for otterbox is great!!! The Customer service was outstanding!!! They helped me right away!! I have dropped my device several times and it kept it safe. I will keep buying their products for my devices and recommend their products to anyone who needs a case for a device!! June 7, 2013
I LOVE the warranty! There are other cases out there, but there's nobody with the kind of customer service that you get from OtterBox! If anything ever goes wrong, they do their best to make it right. April 17, 2013
Love This!!!! I had the version of the defender case before this one and it protected mi iPod very well. I bought I almost a year ago and I love it. Yesterday the silicone ripped ( it's a year old and the rip is in a spot that takes a lot of wear and tear) I submitted the form online and sent the pictures and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service. April 11, 2013
Survived the Washing Machine My six year old son's iPod recently made it into the washing machine and went through the full cycle. When it came out he was devastated, and so was I at the prospect of buying another. We took the iPod out of the case and while a little damp it did not seem wet. We dried it off, and let it sit for a few days. Plugged it in to charge and it turned on. Unbelievable.... No moisture under the screen, nothing. While I am sure a little bit of luck was involved with all the plugs being in etc., I am sure that any other case would not have provided that level of protection. Thanks Otterbox. February 10, 2013

With the Defender Series case you would need to remove the case to use a docking station. Our Reflex Series case was designed for ease of use with docking stations. You can easily slide off the bottom half of this case, which is great for kids!

A:
Yes the screen protector is connected to the case. I believe the three layers are the silicone case, the hard back piece and the hard front piece.

Great Question! The screen protector is connected to the case. The three layers of protection consiste of the clear protective screen protector, the high-impact polycarbonate shell, and the durable silicone.

Screen Protector

Q:
Can the built in screen protector be taken out at any time? Also, Does the screen protector make it harder to use the touch screen? I have been debating between the two ipod cases to get and it comes down to color and the screen protector, so I'm not so sure...

Yes it can! I always keep my screen protector in until it gets really scratched. It does not affect the screen.

A:
The screen protector is not designed to be removable. The cases are tested to ensure that the device functions just as it would if there were no case installed.

Cleaning the screen

Q:
What are the appropriate steps to cleaning the screen of the case? (the protective membrane) I don't want to wipe it off with alcohol if it's not good to use. Thanks!
