Difficult I have had an iphone since 2009.... I just recently purchased a iphone 5 so I opted for an otterbox Defender as a case. It's difficult to assemble, no clear instructions, trying to remove the case - I have dropped the phone more in the last twenty minutes than I ever have in the 4 years that I have owned an iphone, just trying to take the case off! I would NOT recommend this case to anyone! March 31, 2013
