Major Disappointment My daughter's case just arrived today. She got the seahorse design. The design is simply a low quality sticker stuck onto the back of a black case. When I say low quality I mean it is like a paper sticker. Like when you hold the phone it feels like there is a piece of paper on the back of it, eeeeeew! I will find out how she feels about it when I pick her up from school but I have a feeling this case will be returned. The case overall feels sturdy and like it would protect the phone well but the design is junk and for a price tag like this I will settle for nothing less than a quality product. February 21, 2013

I have a defender case for an iPhone 5 and dust keeps getting under the screen protector, rubbing around and creating permanent marks on the clear protector, is there any way to get a replacement screen or entire front hard piece, or maybe a way to buff out these dots from the screen?
