Great Protection for Expensive Portable Devices
I love the ability to design your own Otter Box so you can customize great protection for your phones. My only complaint is that is would be nice to purchase parts separately. ie. if the slipcover get mangled, it would be nice to replace or if you like to change the look to suit your mood or fashion, the ability to purchase extras without buying the inner sleeve would be great.

Great Case; Holster not so good
The actual case for the cell phone is excellent. If it were not for the case I would have replaced several screens so far.
The holster is very functional but has a weakness in that the top tab that secures the phone in place is not very durable. I am not a rough person and already I have broken two. They really need to consider a more durable clip design.

Won't use any other case
I would love to use one of those cute cases with the cool designs and big gems (I'm girly you might say) but I know this case is the best for the iPhone 5. I have many friends who have the phone including my mom, when they take their phone out of their simple hard shell case, mine is in by far the best shape. Virtually no usage signs when removed from the otter box. I have spilled small amounts of liquid on the touch screen, dropped it on tile and concrete in every which way but it remains perfect inside in comparison to my friends who have scratches marked up along the sides and back of the phone. I love my otter box and I need it to keep my phone safe. The only complaint is that a rainbow marking develops on the screen from (I think) moisture ; cleanable. Also in sunlight it makes it harder to see the screen projection. All together every iPhone user should have some kind of otter protection... you never know what might happen.
