Rated 3 out of 5 Could be better Does not sit flat on its back. I wish it was rubber instead of plastic. April 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by It's a great case! Since only purchasing it a short time ago, I have already dropped my phone on a variety of surfaces and from varying heights and it has held up perfectly. It also adds a nice weight to my otherwise very light iphone 5, and the aqua colour is amazing. I know they're not exactly designed to be taken on and off regularly, it is a little frustrating to take off to clean when dirt gets stuck underneath the edges of the inner layer. Overall this was a great purchase and I am very pleased with my unique case. April 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by iPhone Commuter Case 3D Case Love the case but not the screen protector -- please furnish a glass protector instead of that incredibly frustrating protector -- it's in the trash. March 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Durable I feel my iPhone is well protected in this case. If anything I wish the green was even brighter,I hope the styles and colors of otter boxes get even more creative..... March 2, 2014

A:
Yes it will. But you need to program the fingerprint with the case on so your finger lays on the scanner the same way.

I've been using this 3D case since I got the 5s and have had no trouble with the fingerprint feature. It works great.

Being an Otterbox customer for several years, I have learned that if the case is not snug, it won't protect the phone as well as it should. Once I put my cases on my phone, I leave it.

I'm not sure why there is a need to take the case on and off. I rarely, if ever, do this. I had no trouble putting it on. I did notice in several reviews they put the side with the most buttons on it in first.

A:
There is a chance that the 3D design can cause the hard plastic to create suction with the silicone layer. If you run into this issue, please follow the instructions listed in our YouTube video which shows how to take the case on and off of the device.

I don't know, probably. I have never had a problem with an Otterbox, so I didn't even think about it. Great product.

Not sure. but if you call the Phone number on Otterbox's website, they have friendly people on the other end that are willing to help.

A:
OtterBox encourages its customers to decorate the Commuter Series 3D case using paint, markers, pens, and other household art supplies. OtterBox does not encourage that any structural changes be made to the Commuter Series 3D case, and such modifications may void your warranty.

I think so. I had a regular commuter case on my Iphone 4 S for a very long time. To me there's not really any difference except that there is a 3D pattern on the back that makes it easier to handle and hold the phone.

A:
I feel it gives as much, if not more. I am less likely to drop it because of the texture on the back. Also, as I have dropped it a couple of times, the case hasn't marred badly and there is not damage to the phone. I really like the bottom protectors for the headphones and charger as not too many covers are having that feature lately.

Yes. The Commuter Series 3D case is designed to meet the same protective levels as the standard Commuter Series case and has gone through the same rigorous testing processes.
