DOESNT PROTECT SCREEN WHEN DROPPED
HARD PLASTIC ON TOP OF GLASS CAUSES GLASS TO BREAK WHEN DROPPED.BUT EVERY THING ELSE LOOKS GOOD, LOOK MOM NO SCRATCHES .OOPS!! EXCEPT THE BREAKAGE

Not a good case.
My boyfriend got this case for his iPhone 3GS and when he dropped his phone the screen completely cracked. Hopefully they fixed it for the 4 and 5.

Otterbox Rocks
My iphone fell out of my car and was sitting in an inch of water in the pouring rain for 2 hours. When I found it I thought I was going to cry! I picked it up, wiped it off and it was still good to go! I've since had to replace the Otterbox after about 6 months as it did crack and break, however, after sitting in the rain and me dropping it numerous times, it did exactly was it said it would, protect my iphone! Good price for a very useful product. I am extremely pleased and will continue to protect my iphone with the Otterbox.

Best case ever
i go camping, rock climbing, and anything elts outdorrs you can think of and have droppted it many of times but still not a scratch on it. love the case wont use any thing but OTTER BOX.

I have a 3G iPhone and do not like the existing rubber sleeve as the grip of the rubber makes it very difficult to slide in and out of my pocket. I would recommend the Commuter Series Case. It is going to have a layer of silicone first, but the majority will be covered by a hard plastic shell surrounding the case.
