Q:
I have a case now that is all one piece. The screen protector is part of the cover and moisture and lint get under it. Is this two separate pieces.

There is no screen protector with this product. None is needed. The screen is durable and easily cleaned with an aftermarket cleaner kit.

A:
The screen protector is a separate piece, you have to stick it on yourself, but it is very seamless!

A:
The screen protector is separate and that's a good thing. It is the matte type and i didn't like the texture. I took it off and threw it away.

A:
On the Commuter the screen protector is a film that you apply to the screen. On the Defender model, the screen protector is a more substantial clear plastic that is part of the case.

Mine is a seperate piece and it sticks to the face. It is great that no lint can get under it when it is applied correctly.

A:
In the Commuter Series for the Moto G it is a separate piece (peel and stick). Problem is, it is cut defectively and after three replacements they are all defective. Online reviews for this product at other sites show other users experiencing same problem with this same model. Case fine--cover defectively cut. I was never able to use.

The problem is not being addressed for me or others, so for Commuter Series Moto G I recommend DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE ALL BAD.

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 82 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Happy Phone fell and broke the glass again inside 2 weeks of getting the phone fixed and putting in the new Otter box. Disappointed !! March 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this case!! I bought this case online because it wasnt offered in store for my phone. I love the sleek design and overall look, quality. March 9, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by screen protection by others Screen protection on the two case we purchased were unusable and failed as two tech savy kids found they could not duplicate the installation protocol. Wasted feature requiring a separate screen protector. February 28, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good case This case is pretty good; the minute I received it, I put it on my phone. The actual case is very simple to "install," but the screen protector took a little investigation. The instructions that came with the screen protector really didn't help much, but the website they referred to on the instructions brought me to a great video tutorial. I only have one tiny bubble on my screen! I haven't dropped my phone, so I can't say too much about the case, but I do feel much better about dropping it in my purse with the case/screen protector on. The only thing I'd have to say is that the color is not true to what was on the website. It's not steel blue--it's much lighter and has a hint of sea green in it. However, I didn't mind enough to send it back...still a pretty color. February 11, 2015
