Avon Breast
Cancer Crusade
It takes strength when a diagnosis is made. Strength to share the news with loved ones. Strength to endure treatments. Strength to keep moving forward. Strength to receive a clean bill of health. Strength to embrace the future. OtterBox® stands behind everyone presented with obstacles that threaten their strength by offering custom pink Commuter Series® “Strength” cases. 10% of each case sold is donated to the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade to support finding a cure for breast cancer and advancing access to care for all. We support every moment of being human and carrying on with strength.
NCEDC
OtterBox is a partner of NCEDC at the investor level to support the economic vitality of the Northern Colorado region. NCEDC retains and expands existing primary employers and facilitates job creation in Northern Colorado. They have helped many businesses succeed through teamwork with local governments and businesses whether an entrepreneur or global company.
Rich's Ride
OtterBox is the major sponsor of Rich’s Ride, a 1500 mile journey along the Mississippi River to support Convoy of Hope. Our sponsorship allows pledges for Rich’s Ride to be donated directly to Convoy of Hope, a charity dedicated to feeding impoverished children around the globe. Providing more than just financial backing, Otters also volunteered their time through marketing and public relations support to assist Rich in getting other organizations involved as sponsors.
Superstars
Sports Challenge
In 2011, Team OtterBox defended its title as the reigning champion of the SuperStars Sports Challenge. A fundraising event for Partners Mentoring Youth, the challenge pits corporate teams against each other in fundraising as well as sporting events such as dodgeball, volleyball and a big wheel relay race. The team raised over $7,000 for the organization and claimed the grand champion title for the third year in a row.
Make A
Difference Day
Through the United Way of Larimer County, OtterBox employees were participants in this year’s Make A Difference Day. A group of Otters volunteered on a “fall cleaning” project at the Children’s Speech and Reading Center, a non-profit organization which provides professional and affordable services to Northern Colorado children with speech, language or reading delays.
