OtterBox also reserves the right to refuse admittance into the program for any reason. We may reject your application or remove you from the program if we feel that your website is irrelevent/unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable Sites include those that: (a) contain or link to nudity or pornography; (b): promote violence or violent attitudes; (c): promote discrimination based on sex, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or age; (d): infringe on our property rights or those of any third party or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; (e): engage in any email activity that is not in accordance with the U.S. Federal Government's Can Spam Act of 2003 (and any amendments to the Can Spam Act). (f) engage in 'cybersquatting' tactics of ANY KIND. (g) engage in any 'click fraud' tactics that would steal commissions from other Affiliate partners. (h) use ads that are not supplied by OtterBox. (i) Any advertiser caught bidding on any trademarked terms in Google Adwords (or any other search engine like Yahoo Search, Bing, or any affiliated search engines) will be removed from the program.
