Great quality with a major flaw.
Overall, this product is durable with its quality materials and two-layer protection. However, the issue I am addressing is the damage that the case can cause on the micro USB port. When a USB cable is plugged in the phone, the flap which covers the USB slot will push against the cable. After much exposure to this force, the USB port will become loose and have a hard time maintaining a charge. It will only charge if the cable is straightened out or pushed against the opposite direction.

Excellent protection
When I purchased my Samsung Infuse 4G phone, I bought the Otter Box case at the same time. The phone has never been used outside the protection of the Otter Box case. I've dropped the phone countless times in all kinds of places, not a hint of damage, it is still in mint condition.

Lasted longer than any other
I am terrible with cases. Every cell phone I have ever had, I go through holsters like crazy. They always break the same way, the belt hook. I have had this one for four months, it broke the same way - the belt hook. The why the 5 star rating? Simple, my phone is fine. The case hit the concrete in just the right way to break the belt hook, but the phone is fine.

Great cover
Kind of bulky but it has to be to offer the protection that it does. Should ship with some extra screen covers because they seem to scratch easily.

Is this case rubberized on the outside with a "sticky" feel to it? My current case has rubberized sides and due to the size of this beast, the stickiness of the rubber always pulls my pocket out with it whenever I reach for my phone.
