Best Best There!! I don't know what happened with that one reviewers Otterbox, maybe it was the one 'bad apple on the tree", but I wont own anything but the Otterbox Defender Series.... Galaxy S3 Defender CAMO Issue.. I am a OTTERBOX fan and this is not a huge deal but I have one issue with the Defender for the Galaxy S3 in CAMO. The CAMO backing makes the phone slick / smooth. It is not textured and does create a handling issue and will and has slipped from hands. I have only found this slickness on the CAMO cases. June 2, 2013
This things a piece of junk! SO! I should of listened to the reviews when it said the screen protector stuck to the screen with bubbles on it! Ok, fine, i'll do what one customer said to do and remove the screen and put my own on. WELL! when I went to open the case the little side bars that snaps the case on broke! they are so hard to open! I've had my case a few days and it's already a done for it! HUGE waste of money! DONT DO IT! get the cheaper one if you're going to buy an OtterBox at all! NEVER AGAIN! May 15, 2013
GREAT Outdoor Rugged Protection with one Flaw Scored one of the last Brown Samsung S3's....hard to find a case that would match the colors. Bingo! This one did. I am not really an out-of-doors kinda person but it's a great rugged case. I have dropped my phone several times..and no damage. I did not think it added bulk to the phone...I think it added protection. The Charging and Headphone jack covers were easy to use. I really am pleased with the case as far as feeling like my phone is securely protected. Now the negative: The screen protector cover makes the phone virtually useless in the daylight, out doors. The glare is very bad. I tried adjusting screen brightness and it did not take care of the situation. So Ironic that a case with an outdoorsy theme....renders it useless out of doors. But I LOVE the Otter Box protection so I ordered a Reflex and a screen protector...Horrayyy! Still Otter Box Safe... April 21, 2013
