Best phone case. This is the first phone case I've ever bought that fits perfectly. The design is great. It looks like it was designed just for me. The case makes my phone fit my hand perfectly. If I had to find a fault it would have to be the stiffness of the control buttons with the case on, but even that is an improvement over the bare phone. Without the case the power and volume buttons were much to sensitive and a constant nuisance trying to not depress them accidentally. Do you get the impression that I like this case? You're correct. First otterbox purchase After purchasing my GS3 I decided on the black commuter case after reading reviews on various sites. I didn't like the bulkiness of the defender but I do miss not having a clip. The Best Buy cell rep installed my screen protector after 2 attempts and it has no scratches or bubbles present. I only removed the case once to install my 32G SD card and the case came off/on flawlessly. April 26, 2013
Tough as nails... tough case, Ive been through other cases and most other go for looks other than protection... I like the hard silicone rubber, ive dropped it may times (not on purpose) in dirt, rocks, concrete, and my phone is still cool... sure its a little tough to install, but its because its a TOUGH case so to all complaining... good luck April 23, 2013
Nice case but After I figured out how to assemble this case properly (15min) it looks and works nice. I would not suggest you remove this case from the phone to many times because the neoprene inner core will get stretched out and not fit correctly. There is no kick stand or holster available but it's a nice case that works. April 15, 2013

Our cases are designed to fit very snugly to the device (to maximize protection), and therefore do not accommodate extended batteries unless otherwise noted. Our Commuter Series case for the Samsung Galaxy S3 is designed to fit with the original battery of the S3, not the extended battery.

The OtterBox Commuter Series cases are designed to be carried comfortably in a pocket or purse, so we do not offer a holster for the Commuter Series. If you need a rugged case that includes a holster, we recommend checking out the Defender Series case.
