THANK YOU CUSTOMER CARE I think i may have been one of the first people to get one of these. My first one the gasket fell out multiple times and did not give a good seal. I called they replaced it and they remedied the problem very effectively. I love this box I use it to keep my phone in my bunker gear at work (career fireman) and I have never had an issue with it. They are tight inside but the size is just right. Enough space for iPhone 4 in defender case, $, spare key, chapstick, thumb drive, penlight, gum, pen, paper, a few credit cards and it has a compression net so nothing really moves. Good work OB! Completely waterproof Once I received this case, I decided to test if functionality first thing. I placed a piece of folded paper into the case and submerged it in water for over an hour, then began thrashing the case around violently in the water. The seal was not broken at all; the paper was completely dry. I have since then put my iPhone 5(in a defender) in the case along with my wallet and keys (not all at the same time) with incredible comfort, never to be disappointed. A little pricy, but is backed up by the signature Otterbox quality. February 28, 2013

No, the Samsung Note 2 and Note 3 are too large to fit inside of the Pursuit/40 Series cases.

Will the Pursuits/40 Series hold a Galaxy S3 or S4 which is encased with the Commuter Series Otter-Box Case? If not, will a larger version of this case be developed?

The Samsung Galaxy S3 inside the Commuter Series case should fit inside the Pursuit/40 Series case. Unfortunately, I do not currently have any info about the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Although the internal dimensions of the Pursuit/40 state that the width is not quite wide enough, you can indeed press the iPhone 4/4S or iPhone 5 Armor Series cases gently into the foam padding and make the cases fit inside the Pursuit/40 Series case.
