The Drybox 2000 interior dimensions are: 5.757" x 3.140" x 0.979" while the iPhone 5 Defender Series dimensions (with holster): 5.420" x 3.150" x 1.360" - So it would not fit. If you put it in the 2000 without the holster attached, the dimensions of just the iPhone 5 Defender Series are 5.320" x 2.750" x 0.640"
