Best Case Ever Owned Contrary to popular belief a Nokia phone can break, I dropped my 900 and it shattered to pieces. I got the 920 and bought an Otterbox Defender and have dropped it multiple times and there isn't even a scratch on the case. I put an adhesive screen protector on my phone before I put the Otterbox on and even with two screen protector the phone performs amazingly! Great job on this case Otterbox!!!!! I only have one problem and that's the limited color options. Please add more!!!!! May 8, 2013
Good protection, but bulky design I have had this case since it came out. Since then, I've dropped my phone many times (including on concrete from several feet# and the phone is completely undamaged. For comparison, a couple of my friends also have the Lumina 920, but without a case, and their phones are damaged #cracked screens). However, it is important to note that this case is very thick, and it definitely adds weight to the already-large phone. Also, the screen protector that comes with the case doesn't sit flush with the screen, so I removed it and added my own screen protector. Over time, the silicone skin becomes loose, but that is a small issue. April 20, 2013
Great case This is a very strong and durable case. The quality is great but the screen protector does not lay flat on the screen therefore it is hard to type. My only problem with it is it is too thick, I have only dropped my phone once so I don't need the extra protection. I am going to end up getting the commuter since this is too thick for my lifestyle. Good Case But... The case overall is awesome. I've dropped my phone a few times and it's still flawless. My one gripe is the sub par screen protector built in. It doesn't quite fit perfectly flat on the screen so I have to press extra harder to get functionality. Another thing about the screen protector is there is a cutout for the front facing camera and speaker so dirt and dust find its way inside the case and makes the screen look unsightly. Cleaning with a micro fiber cloth and can of air helps but after a few days in my pocket, the dirt and dust is back. I'm tempted to just cut the screen protector out and get a cheap stick-on to use in conjunction with the case. I wish Otterbox had more options for us 920 users. January 12, 2013

According to Nokia, the Qi wireless charging device for the Lumia 920 will charge the device up to a 40mm distance away from the charging pad, so it should charge normally without removing the Commuter or Defender Series cases.
