Quality Product This case is bulky but if you value your phone over appearance this is the case to get. The company stands 100% behind their product and will replace no questions asked. I have changed phones but still went with Otterbox for that one too. The clips were difficult to open on the Atrix case but my new one for HTC are no problem so it could have been that particular case. They sent a new one for the Atrix and no problem with those clips. They have to be strong so it won't accidently open. April 11, 2013
Uncomfortable I purchased this hoping to have the same comfort and durability I have with the Otterbox on my Iphone4. Not the case. It is uncomfortable and hurts my ear. I have had it over a year and still have not got used to the pain. I work construction so this was my best option. I am forced to use my "speaker on" option a lot to avoid the discomfort on my ear. Looks nice but bad design Bought the Atrix 2. Looked around and could only find the Defend series for the phone as the only one that had a belt clip. I worked for independent sales company for mobile phones selling phones and products for ten years in the south east. I have to say I have seen better cases in the past. It does look nice but the small clips on the side to help hold the two halves together break easy as well as the plastic piece that holds the phone into the belt clip also breaks easy. I have gone through 3 in one year. Each time was given a replacement for free because of warranty issues. Have not dropped my phone at all. These little clips all broke from my use to putting the phone in and out of the belt attachment. February 4, 2013
very disappointed I've had 2 defender series cases and both belt clips have broken . Not to mention it collects dirt like a magnet and the screen protector scratches easily . Very poorly designed. January 14, 2013
