Galaxy S3 Defender Series Holster
Unloading Pictures for replacement
It is too hard to get a replacement. Uploading photos. Should be able to just send picture instead of trying upload it to the site.

The OtterBox has worked well thus far for me. I would like to see a better means of keeping the plastic cover clean as mine gets quite a few finger smudges on it.

I like the belt clip holster, it does a good job in keeping my cell phone on my belt and available when I need it. One of its best features is that it allows you to extend the clip that fits over your belt, and lock it open while attaching it to your belt. Within a few days of getting my belt clip holster, a small plastic part that locks the clip open broke. The company immediately sent a replacement and the same part broke the first time I used it.

Great product overall
basing this on the previous holster clip since the replacement only has been used for a short while.
Love the Otters! Great customer service and quick response along the way. I bought a Defender case with holster. In January the center clip broke (design and quality were rated 4 out of 5 for that reason - could be made somewhat sturdier IMO).
Contacting the CSR Otters was quick and very pleasant. It's nice to speak to someone in the US, not overseas.
Once I sent the required images, the process of replacing the holster was quick and painless. The packaging Otters kept me abreast of the shipping and the holster arrived quickly.
Loved dealing with all the Otters along the way from very first contact to receipt of holster.
Overall, the Defender (including holster) is holding up great. I see lots of Galaxy SIII phones with cracked screen. Although mine has fallen on its face on asphalt once when I had a moment of clumsiness after making a phone call, my phone was completely undamaged.
The OtterBox Defender case already paid for itself! Esp. since I outright purchased my Samsung G3 to use with prepaid service rather than getting it by way of a contract.
