Rated 5 out of 5 by Great It's already saved my tablet, I dropped it on the pavement. There isn't even a scratch on the case. As an added bonus to sweeten the deal (I'm an animation student) The stand in the case is perfect for when I'm studying animation. It even has two adjustments for when I want to change my work angle; and the grips on the case, keep it from sliding around when I do my work. January 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Product Purchased two of these for kids Samsung TAB 4 8.0 tablets. Looking for kid proof cases. Found it with this case. Just be aware, they are NOT waterproof but certainly water resistant. Great all-in-one cases with overall protection. Only Con might be with the fact that the case does not attach to base to hold in place in upright viewing mode. But, the rubber body does hold steady. Thought it might be an issue before I purchased but not a major issue after using. Highly recommended. January 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great product. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product, and trust me, for me, that doen't happen often. I am very usually looking for negatives and I find them. There is none in this product. The only thing that I could suggest is that Otterbox have an option to put a strap on it for a shoulder carry, but a soft case that I found on Amazon will work. If you want a case that will totally protect your phone or tablet, this is the one to get. My son has a Galaxy phone that is quite large, and I have an 8" tablet, we both love the Otterbox case. Plus, the price is not bad either! January 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Product Wish I would have created this...Great Product. No regrets and I wish I had one of these for my OLD Acer Iconia. It would have survived that face plant it took in the garage. LOL. January 14, 2015

A:
Do you mean prop it up in the case cover in the landscape mode? Yes. I didn't know you could stand it up vertically.

Yes, the tablet can stand horizontally. Make sure the bottom edges are securely in place and the tablet will set in the stand.
