Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't get a better product Excellent product even for the non-tech lay people out there December 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Galaxy Tab 4 Defender case The case is great. We have all of our portable devices in Otterbox cases, so this tablet being used in our race car was no exception. It works as well as the Defender cases we have for our iDevices and protects well. The only issue I have with this particular case is that the case has to be removed to access the SD card slot. It's not a deal breaker, as hopefully now that we have a 64 GB SD card we won't have to move it around much, and this particular Defender case is about the easiest case we have to open up. Thanks again, Otterbox, for another great case!! December 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by OtterBox Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 This case is an absolute necessity when purchasing a tablet for a seven year old. The case is durable, fits perfectly (like a glove). The case removes some of the worry of leaving it unattended with children. The plastic face cover allows you to maneuver through the phone with ease. Drops are no longer my #1 concern! Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid product I purchased an Otterbox Defender Series Case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and have been happy with it. Fearing an accident, I did not take my tablet from the my house until my Defender Case arrived. I was very happy with the price and the free shipping was appreciated. The case is rugged and the screen protector works well. The only drawback to the case is that it does not have openings for the insertion of memory cards. The owner has to take the case completely off to withdraw the memory cards. Overall an outstanding product. October 14, 2014

A:
Do you mean prop it up in the case cover in the landscape mode? Yes. I didn't know you could stand it up vertically.

A:
Yes, the tablet can stand horizontally. Make sure the bottom edges are securely in place and the tablet will set in the stand.
