Great case, except...
This is my second Otterbox case. For the Razr M, the case fits snug and sturdy. All the ports are covered with a soft, plug-like, cover. My two complaints. One, having the SD card on the left side of the Razr M is good, especially since you can not get into the back. However, the Otterbox does not have an opening which allows you to remove/replace the SD card. I use two of them, one for personal use and one for business use. Removing the hard silicone base is next to impossible.
I do wish they redesign this case with the SD card slot in mind. My second complained is no screen protector. My Otterbox case for my Razr Maxx has one, and it is very useful. With the Razr M box, you must place a film screen protector onto the screen. No big deal, but still an irritant.

First Otterbox
Friends and co-workers, specifically those with iPhones seemed to use and like their OtterBoxes. I typically hook a leather case to my belt to protect and carry my phone. Since I moved from an older Motorola Droid (I believe it was Droid X) and purchased the new Motorola RAZR M, I noticed the phone was smaller and thinner, jostling around my leather case. Got me thinking, could an OtterBox fit around the RAZR M and inside my leather case (phones getting thinner, RAZR M not a large face like Samsung's Galaxy)? The commuter series works perfectly on the phone and in my case.
The OtterBox Commuter is very sturdy and sleek. Having shopped online and in stores, over 10 different mobile phones in my lifetime, this is the best phone cover out there. There was some slight tweaking of the rubber portions around the face of the phone fitting in with the hard plastic (see negative reviewer earlier) however a couple seconds and everything gelled in place.

A Review
I bought the black Commuter to compliment and better blend in with the phone. The lines are clean and the spacing is perfect in that the silicone, nor the hard case interfere with any normal operation of the phone.
The other review is correct in the statement that the case doesn't feature a cover over the charging port. However, after seeing how difficult it is to open the charging port cover on an Otter Box iPhone case (my fiance purchased one for her 4S), I am okay with the fact that there is none on this case. In regards to the silicone not fitting well for the other reviewer, perhaps it was just a faulty product. My phone slipped right into the silicone and fit securely with no bulges or gaps. After applying the hard outer shell, I feel that my phone could stand up to almost anything.
The case does make the slim phone bigger; however that is a small price to pay for a cover that makes a nearly indestructible phone even tougher. The phone also weighs a little more in my pocket (where I carry it most of the time) but it isn't enough to be cumbersome. If anything, it helps the phone feel more solid and sturdy (something that was missing before due to the small size of the phone). One thing I have noticed is that the buttons for power and volume take a little more effort to press, but this is due to the fact that the silicone used isn't the 'cheaper' kind you can buy at a gas station.
I will say that I didn't put the screen protector on (it seemed redundant given that the Razr M comes with gorilla glass) but I did keep it just in case I decided to add it later.
All in all, I am very pleased with this case as well as the customer service representatives that I have spoken with. All in all, I feel that this is a solid product produced by a solid company.

Mostly good, very little bad
First off, I was frustrated by the two day order processing time, then by the almost two weeks it took for delivery. My phone got a couple of nicks while I waited. Nothing that is in stock should take that long to be delivered. I contacted Otterbox about this and they credited my shipping cost.
When my Otterbox finally arrived, I found that the case is made very well and fit perfectly on my device. The Glacier color and style is very nice. The silicon part of the case is a gray color and the plastic shell is an off white, which will help a bit with it getting dirty.
I owned a Defender case previously, and was always bothered by the weight. I've found with the Commuter case I get plenty of protection without all the weight. So unless you are a construction worker or in some other high-damage risk field, a Commuter should work fine.
I do, however, have a problem with the provided transparent screen sheet. It doesn't seem to fit well at the corners because it won't line up on my phone. Repeated attempts to make it work caused it to become dirty and scratched, so I finally scrapped it and I will buy a Zagg screen film. So in short, the case rocks, but the screen cover could use some work.
