Best Case Ever
Love this case. Wish they made a quality case like this for the IPhone 5. Does not slip off anything, and is easy to hold Made out of tough rubber compound flexible and sturdy. Dropped my phone many times and never a problem with any damages. Recommend to anyone!!

Excellent service
In less than a month after I bought the Defender case I broke the belt clip while getting into the car and the case caught on the door post. Otter said to fill out a warranty request even after I said that it was my fault and willing to pay for a new holster. They sent me 3 new holsters at no charge.
When I bought my Bold 9900 last February I got a Commuter case which was great except for the lack of a holster. I kept having unwanted pocket dials because I would forget to lock the phone after my phone calls. So I got the Defender case which with the holster automatically locks the phone. Other reviewers are correct that the Defender outer silicone layer tends to slip off slightly which is a minor annoyance but does not seem to hurt the functionality of the case. The Commuter case has the silicone layer on the inside of the polycarbonate outer layer which is a better design. Otter could design a holster for the Commuter and have a better product for my money.

Love it!
Feels really comfortable to hold! Not recommended for people with small hands. (Just kidding)
It's bulky, yes. Big, yes. But it's for obvious reasons. Protection. I feel as if my phone is really safe inside this case. The only downside I've spotted on this, is that the silicone layer does not fit on properly at the bottom half side. But it's not really a big deal! It still attaches properly! I still like the case very much.

Poor design
Sorry to say this is the first and only Otter product that I cannot recommend to anyone. The skin will not stay in place and prevents smooth re-holstering. Very annoying!
